How do you cook your Thanksgiving Turkey?
I was thinking about brining or trying a recipe instead of just the stick it in the bag and roast it way.
Looking for any good suggestions.

We're doing turkey three ways this year...roasted in the oven, smoked in our smoker, and deep fried. We brine our turkeys before we cook them usually.
