i think it is mean
if it was proven 110% he was a child molester than maybe i wouldn't think the jokes were mean  then i might think he deserved it - but i don't know, making fun of deceased people guilty or not seems kind of mean to me

Haven't heard any, but as much as I am not affected by his death at all, making jokes about someone who just passed is tasteless .

Thankfully I haven't heard any. It's really dispicable to make jokes about someone who just died yesterday. Even if you didn't like him, have some respect for his family and loved ones.

i haven't heard any. joking is in poor taste. a man died, for pete's sake. it's a sad story and a sad ending for an enigmatic genius. regardless of what he did or did not do, i respect the man for his talent and everything he gave to my generation and other generations. it's just sad. and no one should be laughing.

He was never proven guilty
so for his family and giving him the benefit of the doubt, I think its tasteless to joke about him immediately...he's not even buried/cremated etc yet. Let his family have some peace.

I think it's rude and in poor taste. I'm not one to get easily offended..I mean I love a good joke. But a little respect please. Give the family some time to mourn this tragedy first before ripping the guy to shreds.

He was accused of child molestation and then cleared of all charges. Was he strange? Yes? Misunderstood? Yes. Mentally ill? Possibly, but never was there any evidence that he was a child molester.

I think that with money you can be cleared of any charges - I believe that he was a child molester.
