How do you get your toddler to eat fruits / veggies?
DS is 14 months and REFUSES to eat fruits and vegetables (occasionally, he will have a spoonful of applesauce but that's it! ). As a baby, he loved jarred baby food but now he's all carbs, dairy and meat. Any ideas on how to "sneak" them into his diet?

What about blending them into a smoothie or something? Adding lots of fruit, and then some greens, so he gets all he needs, and it tastes good.

My kids love that! I also just started putting carrots into tomato sauce.

Add spinach to chopped meat (or turkey meat) and make burgers!
Also, my son loves sauteed mushrooms in a little butter and salt - mix with pasta or over chicken.
Lasagna Spinach Rolls (check out skinnytaste.com - but you don't have to make it lowfat) but it's so delicious!

I juice fruit and veggies when he won't eat them, he LOVES it!! Now he starts yelling in excitement when I bring out the juicer.
Then I make mini meatloaf (in a mini muffin pan) with ground turkey and the pulp from the juicer. He also loves this.
He has also been picky lately so it has been so frustrating!
Weelicious is a great site and has some good recipes with hidden veggies.
