How do you handle the stress of a sick family member?
It's been two weeks and i just want to wake up from this bad dream  . I go from being ok..smiling, laughing to hysterical crying.

How do you handle the stress of a sick family member?
I am so sorry for you and what you are going through. It is very difficult. Three close family members plus my DH needed to have open heart surgery to replace valves - bum tickers seem to run in the family. One was sick for months afterwards and needed multiple proceedures and operations. I stayed with two of them and my DH throughout as advocate and caregiver. It was exhausting.
Do your best to take care of yourself. I was running on three hours sleep sometimes which was not a good thing and resulted in my getting sick. Eat well, get decent amounts of sleep or you will not be at your best to help.
