DS started struggling through his bottles. First it seemed liek he did not want the bottle. But he wasn;t getting it fast enough!

when ds wasn't eating as much and we realized it was because he was lazy.  I think it was frustrating him that he couldn't get it out fast enough.

We thought the same thing. He wasn't eating as much. We waited till 1 week before 3 months old to go to Medium flow. He had to work to keep up with the faster flow, but that took him a couple of days to master.
