med rare to medium only....anything above medium and it goes back. Chat Icon

i am a big steak person---just love the red meat. i remember working in a steakhouse in south carolina...and many rednecks would ask it to be extra well down & butterflied (for filets)---and then pour ketchup on top.

it took all the strength for me not to take the plate away and tell them they were ruining it!

it depends on my mood..most of the time med rare.

Sometimes rare and on the odd occassion, black and blue

My parents on the other hand like it practically still moving... so do my ILs Chat Icon Not fun when we're eating at a BBQ w/ Either set--- we always have to throw ours back on the grill.
