How do you track your fertile days when you are irregular?
Every month I get my wonderful friend between days 28-30. There was a month that I did not get it until day 32. It always fluctuates. How do you irregular women track your fertile days?

you can use opks, and temp.

honestly temping and OPKs didnt work for me at all, so I actually checked my cervix and tracked my CM.
