How does Nike workout apparel run?

Is it true to size, small, or large? I'm thinking about ordering a jacket and pants from 6pm.com but I'm not sure whether to get my regular size or if I need to go a size up or down.

I only have Nike Cold Gear..I usually wear a XS/S and I bought both the pants and top in XS. They fit perfect. I'd just go with what size you normally wear.

I would say it is somewhat true to size. I think some things run a bit bigger, but others run a bit smaller. I am no help

I think the pants run a bit large. I wear an xs and I am def more of a small but the tops I think are true to size. All I wear is Nike they have the best stuff!

While I think most of their stuff runs true to size, I recently bought some running pants (tights, if you will) and they run large and long!
