How does the new Weight Watchers work (if not points system anymore)?
Can anyone tell me how Weight Watchers newest plan works? I am pretty sure they don't use the points system anymore, so how does it work?

They still use a Points system- its called Points Plus. The points value is calculated based on Protein, carbs, fiber, and fat content. They are pushing high protein and fiber foods, low fat and carbs. Most fresh fruits and veggies are 0 points.
It's a great plan. I would definitely suggest going to a center to check it out!
