How does WW work?
I'm so not into those meetings ..how can I do it without attending a meeting?

I do it online, you can keep track that way too. It is a little harder to stay disciplined when you do it online, do your own weigh ins, etc.
It is working for me though! I have done it both ways.

I have never gone to a meeting and I have lost 30 lbs. on ww.
Years ago my friend gave me thier slide and books though so that helped.

When I did WW years ago I used to go and get weighed in and never went to any of the meetings.
This time around I'm doing it online. I really like it and have done really well so far.
