I am in Sayville and my ped is in West Islip - about 20-30 minutes away. I would stick with him if he moved further. He's awesome and since you asked for reco in W. Suffolk I am happy to recommend them: George Pediatrics (Dr. George, Dr. VanCura and Dr.Bonafede). The number is 376-6000.
We use them too! They are great doctors. I live maybe 5 min. from their office.

15 mins with no traffic. I would drive an hour to see him. He is an amazing doctor - and besides, my cousin has worked for him for years that god forbid we ever need him we can get him anytime/anywhere.
