How is Dutch Wonderland in early May?

DH has a conference in PA. It's an hour away from Dutch Wonderland so we are considering going to DW. Last year we went when it was hot and spent half our time at the water area.

How is DW in early May?

There is plenty to keep a 2yo busy for the day, right?

We went last year and it was a little too cool for the water area and we were still there for most of the day with the regular rides. DS was 18 months at the time.

I went with my nieces/nephews for Mother's Day 2 years ago. We went to DW and Hershey. I actually like these parks better at this time as opposed to the summer months. It was beautiful, not too hot and not too packed. I would go! Your 2 y.o will have a BLAST!

Great! I was hoping it would not be crowded.

Last yr we didn't take advantage of everything because we spent so much time at the water area. One big difference is that DS can stay awake a lot longer though. We could easily spend the entire day there (10-5). I think we will be fine.
