How is the Elwood school district?

How is the Elwood school district?
New here and looking for info. Can anyone tell me about the Elwood district? Is it desirable? Does anyone here live there and use thes schools?

it is a very good school district and still has some diversity- the district is on the smaller side which is nice also
my cousin-in-law is the football coach, pe and health teacher -
also my hair dresser's son is in talks with harvard to go there and he is a junior at the high school (plays sports that why talks)

We looked at houses based on school district, Elwood was one of the 2 districts we were considering. Good luck!

We just moved to the district. Great schools but high taxes with a increase maybe next year.

is that because they are going to full day kindergarten? I think most LI districts are trying to stay under 3% (increase of their budget)
