a year and 4 months ...I got pregnant right after I had my HSG. Don't know if it was coincidence or not but it happaned.

3 months first time and 4 months second time. I will say that I monitored my cm way in advance to know when was prime baby making time.

Tried w/ ExH never happened, worked with an RE and had many IUI's
When DH and I decided we were ready to start trying went right to an RE and got pregnant on my first IUI combined with injectibles (I have PCOS)

With my DD it was fairly quick. We went to RE in Sept, I went on Metformin, ovulated in Dec., IUI Jan 2nd and then BFP!
With baby #2 it's been a loooooong road. We started trying in 2010 when DD was about a year and half. We had a bunch of failed IUI's, 2 miscarriages, and a chemical. Then we ran out of IF coverage so by the end of 2010 there was nothing left to do. 2011 was just a long year of nothing and then this past spring I started having regular cycles and in June we conceived #2 with NO help from doctors or meds. ALL natural. It was a total miracle!!!!
ETA - So basically.............#2 took us over 2 years to conceive.

6 months, then a miscarriage then another 5 months. 1st cycle on clomid.

How long did it take you to get preg.
We tried on our own for just one year and spent 6 months with an RE doing IUIs and finally IVF worked. Sometimes I wonder if it would have worked on it's own if we kept trying but I was not built to continue going through that disappointment, and I would have been devastated if I was wrong.
