I jump out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off.. and straight into the shower!
ditto. I hate wasting precious minutes in the morning!

me too!
Same here. I set the alarm for the latest I can sleep, then get right up...I have never hit the snooze button in my life, even in college! I wouldn't want to be woken up more than I need to, that's why I set it for as late as possible initially.

To go to work? - about a 1/2 hour.....if I have a random day off or on the weekend - I'm up early and moving .......
