how many days do you wait before introducing new food?
My ped says 3 days online i read 4 or 5 days. How long do you wait?

With my daughter it was 3 days....now with my son I don't wait unless it's an allergy food. He just eats what we eat. We have no allergies on either side of the family so i'm ok with it.

None.
I'm weird though! My ped said it wasn't necessary.
I have given different foods on the same day even! Logan DOES have food allergies and we noticed them immediately after he ate certain foods.
I'm pretty sure Stella is allergic to oatmeal and/or sweet potatoes... again, reactions showing up almost immediately.

When trying new foods we allergy tested everything.
First Day - 1 tsp
Second Day - 1/2 tbsp
Third Day - 1 tbsp
On the fourth day, we would feel comfortable enough to give a full serving of that food and move on to the next new food.
My kids were preemies so I'm a bit overly cautious with a lot of things.
