How many naps should a 9 1/2 month old take per day?
DD is up at 6-6:30 naps at 10/10:30-11:30. Then she takes another nap at 3:30. Bedtime is at 8 and she was doing really well in July but now we are back to not sleeping through the night. She was up at 3 am this morning  I go back to work Tuesday. So is she sleeping too much during the day? TIA!

My kids all still took 2 naps at that age. Maybe put her in for the 2nd nap earlier than 3:30? 2ish sounds reasonable and up at 3:30 or 4

My DS took and still does 2.
wakes at 6ish
nap 1: 9:30-11
nap2: 2:30-4

My first DD took 2 naps at that age. My second DD took 1 nap at that age sometimes 2 on rare days.

At nine months we were following a rule from Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child where she was to be put down for naps 2-2.5 hours after waking.
6am wake
8/8:30 down for a nap
10am wake
12:30 nap
bed:6/6:30.

My son wakes at 5, naps for about 30 minutes in the morning and 30 - 60 minutes in the afternoon. In bed for the night between 6-7PM. Sleeps through the night.

DD always took 2 naps at that age. one around 10 the other around 2:30 ish
