Re: How many of you are hosting a Holiday?

Not yet...we haven't "grown up" to that level yet. Maybe next year if we have a house...It would eliminate IL issues...

We have Dysfunctional Thanksgiving every Saturday after the actual day. This will be the 8th annual! My dad and his fiance work, so we all gather at their house eat lasagna and ham and get drunk. It's my FAVORITE holiday ever, by far!

I have no idea b/c DH's family hates to make plans more than a week in advance.

We are having a pre-holiday party. But we are not hosting any major events. I would love to host, but this is just not our year.

Re: How many of you are hosting a Holiday?

I host Christmas Eve, but there are not that many of us (10 people) which is a good thing because our house is small! However, last year I hosted the same holiday in a little apartment, and it was wonderful, so I am not that worried about space. Being with family makes everything work out.

We're having both of our families over for Chanukah and to celebrate both mothers' birthdays, since they are all the same weekend!
