I have 2, they are twins and we've been inseperable since kindergarten!!! That's 27 years!!!!!!!

Jen-I feel the same. I never really had a BF ever. I have lots of friends don't get me wrong but when I hear BF I think that extra special tell everything friend. Never had that. As I got older and my life evolved so did many of my circle of friends. I have friends that I am close with that go as far back as highschool but I never use the term BF. Sometimes I wish I had that one BF friend that is like a sister to me.

I feel like I could have written the same post too.
My MOH was a dear friend to me for a long time but she wasn't there for me much during my wedding. She also wasn't there for me while my father was sick and during the passing of my father 2 weeks before my wedding. She's in a much different place in her life and I know that she will always put herself before anyone else.
I have some friends that I am very close to but one I don't see as often as I would like b/c we're so busy (but we'll be working together again this summer!!!). My cousin has been one of my closest friends my whole life but she lives in Hawaii (husband is in the military) so I don't get to see her or talk to her as often as I would like to. I'm also good friends with my mother but there are things we wouldn't ever talk about like I would with another friend. Then, there's DH who is totally the best friend I could ever have!
Often I wish I had a friend I could talk to more often or that lived nearby.

It's so weird that you posted this today, b/c I was thinking of posting something very similar.
I have two girlfriends who I consider to be my best friends. One is a friend from college, one from grad school.
There was a period of time in college and shortly after where I truly didn't consider anyone my best friend, b/c I felt like everyone always had at least one other person they were closer with than me.

I have 2 BF. One is my cousin who was my MOH. We are very close - we used to be much closer, it makes me sad that we are not as close as we used to be. Then I have my cousins wife - over the past 2 years we have become very close. The thing is my MOH and this girl are sil's to each other & have been BF for years. Sometimes I feel like a 3rd wheel.
So I guess I don't have 1 BF to call my own. I do get upset over this at times.
I also have 2 sisters that I love dearly but distance has not allowed us to be as close as we would like to be. I really miss them a lot at times.

i have 2 bestfriends besides my Dh my sister and lvsdolphins i consider her to be mine and always will! i love all of my friends just the same but like i saids lvsdolphins is very special and i am glad to know her.

then my regular friends and acquiantances.
