How many times a day are you pumping at work?
And how long does each session take from the time you leave your desk until you return?

I used to pump 3 times at work.
Mid morning: 15-20 minutes.
Lunch: A good 20 minutes
Mid afternoon 15-20 minutes.

I pump 3x while at work, morin, kmid-day, afternoon. I pump for at least 10-15 mins...I am away from desk for about 20-25 mins each time.

I should have asked if you were double pumping or one breast at a time.
I'm only pumping twice - I don't think I have time for a third!

i use an electric double pump. i pump at work twice a day for about 15-20 min.
i certainly do not have any time to squeeze in another session

I work from 9-3. I pump once at 10:30am.. 15 minutes ( I pump at my desk since I have an office..
Then I pum again at 12:30. 15 minutes again. Sometimes this one can go for 20 minutes.

I was only ever able to pump 1x/day at work, and that was for 20 minutes. I don't have a private office and the room I had to use was used most of the day. I would have pumped more often if I had the space.

i use to pump twice a day @ 30 minute pumping sesions. I was away from my desk for about 35 miniutes each session. Used a double electric pump.

Did you use a hands free bra thingy? Or is it separate from the bra you wear all day?
I think I need some more effiiciency and if I was quicker I could probably get a third session in ...

My old job creates a room for us. We were 2 women BFing and in the same group. We worked out a time when we would use the room. I did use the strapless bra thingy. The room had a lock and I was able to put it on and off when I needed to pump. I kept it in my pump bag.

I pump twice a day at work for about 20 minutes each time. I use a double electric pump. I use a hands free bra (looks almost like a sports bra) and it has really helped me.
