Maybe once a day. I usually call him to ask a question.
At night, he calls me to tell me he's on the way (we actually just hung up..LOL) and I can get dinner started.

Very rarely unless something comes up that I need to speak to him about. DH is a very busy guy & I try not to interrupt him throughout the day. I never know when he is in with a client or not

i usually call him once a day and we talk for less than a minute
he is NOT a phone person!

I just walk down the hall. 
But it's rare to see him unless we need each other for a work issue or on the way in/out.
