How much alcohol would you get?

This is for my sons party also. It will be on a sunday 2-6. There will be about 35 people over 21. I'm not sure how much to get. I know it all depends but just wanted some advice. They are more social drinkers...not heavy drinkers.

I was thinking of sticking with beer and wine.

Thanks.

We did my DD's party at a recreation-center type place too, and it was summer. Since most of the guests were only social drinkers, we only did beer & wine coolers...and it was HOT out but we were inside, and we had lots left, and no one complained about there being no wine/etc.

I don't know exactly how much my DH bought for DS's party, but I know we had a bunch left over and the Mikes lemonade went over well.....most people had that or a beer, the wine is pretty much all left over.

Do you remember about how many people and how much you bought?

Re: How much alcohol would you get?

I would stick with beer and wine - and get whatever you would drink if there is a lot leftover. For my 30th we spent a ton of $ on all kinds of different alcohol and everyone pretty much stuck to beer, wine, soda and water. With all of the food you are making and the effort going in, I wouldn't stress over the drinks.

I'm definitely only going to get beer and wine. I just have no idea how much to getChat Icon

I was thinking maybe have 50 beers and have no idea on the wine.
