I gained @ 15 but I never had m/s and I quit smoking. Just listen to your body and try to eat healthy.

I gained about 1lb in my first 12 weeks.
But totally made up for it during the next 28 weeks!!! 
ETA: I gained 50 over all and 4 months PP I have about 15 left to go! I am on the 9 month plan. 9 months to gain 50, 9 months to lose 50

I quit smoking as well the second I got my BFP!!!

Same here! Wasn't really eating much and was feeling more nausea. By second I gained 4lbs, now at 32 weeks I gained a total of 6 but I started out a plus size so I am a little more cautious of gaining too

I quit smoking as well the second I got my BFP!!!
My sister also quit smkoing when she got PG, she gained about 12 lbs her first trimester.
Great job quitting!

1st pregnancy, 14 pounds, none of which was in my belly 
10 weeks in on this one (with twins) only 4lbs so far.

Everyone is VERY different
at 12 weeks I gained Zero
by 16 weeks I had gained a half pound
go figure
I get weighed on Monday and I KNOW I gained!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
