I spend about $70 a week on gas, $280 a month (I have somewhat of a big commute to work a day, so on the weekends I try not to drive my car at all)

Well, I travel all day to see patients so I use between 200-400 dollars a month sometimes less, but i get reimbursed for most of it.

We spend about $600 a month on gas!
I use regular and DH uses premium. Unless your car specifically calls for it, it doesn't pay to use the more expensive stuff. It's not any better for your engine. DH has a sports car so he uses it for "performance".

$150 a month. Dh has a commute of about 30 minutes each way, but he takes the subaru. I drive the gas guzzler (the Sequoia), but I drive .8 miles to and from the train station

It also burns quicker in some cars. This is the first car I have that does not "require" premuim. But it is a truck that gets only 8MPG, so I am paying for it either way. I cannot wait until the lease is up in a few months

not much -- but that's because i commute via LIRR so most of my driving during the week is to the train station and back. I'd say $60ish/month. DH probably spends about $150 or so.

About $60/month on regular.
While it's small and something I'll have to give up once we have a child, I love my Civic. It also doesn't hurt that I have a 22 mile TOTAL commute every day.
DH, otoh, spends about $160-200/month.

I have to put premium in my car. DH and I both spend about $150 total a month on gas. It was much higher when we both worked 2 jobs

about $50-$60/month. it was less when i wasn't going to school b/c my commute to work is 3 miles each way, and i have a Sentra!! i feel like i NEVER have to fill it up... i usually go about 2 weeks between filling 'er up 
DH spends about the same (i think). his commute is only 2.5 miles each way, and he's not much of an adventurer after work.

Now that my DH doesn't drive it's around $140. When it's both of us going to work, it's almost $300.

We spend about 60-75 a month. We do not drive to work, but take the train and use the car for errands on the weekends. We dont have the most efficent car for gas (an 8 cylinder old car), and gas over in Australia costs about a $1 a LITRE (about 4 litres to a gallon).
It is an expense for a car that we use on the weekends.

DH spends close to $35 a week (travels for work) so $140 a month on regular. On the weekends he takes out his sports car so that is about $50 premium a month.

I fill my car up about 2/3 times a month and its £40 a tank, thats like $80 for a tank of gas, and I drive a Ford Focus!!
