Nothing. Nobody tips me for doing the job I am supposed to be doing, I don't believe they should be tipped just for doing their job.

True but they still accept them and truly appreciate them
I know but they can get in trouble. And it has happened before. I would hate to put someone in that situation. I also work for the city so I can get in trouble for it as well, so unfortunately, it's just something I can't do, even though I'd like to.
