At least $5, but usually 20%. I figure they are delivering it for my conv. and using their own gas money. With the cost of gas these days I factor that in. Plus we go to the same place, they are WONDERFUL, and have always been quicker then normal. IMHO good service is good service so I tip according. Also our orders are at least $35.00 or more, and the $5 or 20% depends more on if we're paying with a card or cash.

Wow...I must be cheap. $2-3. More if it's a large order or really bad weather.
Our pizza place though is all of 2 blocks away

$3 usually. I think they get the delivery fee that Papa John's charges, and that is the only place I order from.

3 to 5; if it's a larger order than more. Other factors could weigh in on a larger tip too.
ETA: my husband is a delivery guy as a side job. they use their own gas and car so anything less and it starts to cost the delivery guy money to deliver your food, rather than make any money.
Oh wow I didn't know this - I have totally been undertipping
