How much does your house cost you... not including a mortage?

We are seriously considering a house. How much does it cost you per month, not including your mortgage? I am just wondering if it is completely doable for us.

What is it like if you don't mind sharing.. possibly a lump sum amount or details? I am talking internet, water, heat, electric, gas, ...etc.
I appreciate it!

800 sqare foot single family home (ie: small as small could be)

LIPA: 80-120/mo
Oil: Summer-80-125/mo
Winter 275-350/mo
Cable (Triple Play): 155/mo
Water: 42/every 3 mos
Propane (gas stove): 150/year

We have a 2 story, 3 bedroom colonial with a great room addition in the back so our house is a little bigger I think.

LIPA-- $215/mo (they re-evaluate every 3 months and it is usually a little more in the summer from the CAC)
Cable/phone/internet -- $240/mo (w/Verizon Fios)
Water -- maybe $100 every 3 months but we have sprinklers we put on every 2 days in the spring/summer/fall
Oil -- we have a 500 gal. underground tank which is double what most people have. I do COD but I estimate about $2400+ a year for oil)


ETA:

I forgot to add keep $$$ on the side for repairs...we moved in and had to spend $$$ to fix our chimney only a few months later.

Also, we have an alarm so that is an extra $40/mo.

And factor in homeowner's, but most times it is escrowed into your mortgage.

In addition it is also good to keep extra on hand incase things break in the house Our oil burner went 3 weeks after we moved in

People told us something inevitably breaks soon after you move in.

We live in a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome. We have only one common wall. Our home is 1700 sq ft. We live in NJ.

Monthly maintenance: $166
Electric: $170 (summer) to $30 (winter)
Gas: $40 (summer) to $180 (winter)
Water: $23 (monthly)
DirectTV/Internet/Phone: $100 (monthly)
Cell Phone: $100 (monthly)
Alarm: $39 (monthly)
Sewage: $70 (monthly)
Insurance: $390 (anual) (33 monthly)

Total monthly fees: $731 this does not include or mortgage

We have about 1600 sq ft.. 3 BD 1.5 BA ect..

Lipa - 200 per month
Cable - 200 (includes phone/internet) per month
Oil - we get a delivery when we are close to empty so it depends. Our last delivery was in the summer for about 980$.. Ill be getting another one tomorrow which will be significantly cheaper
Water - 35 per quarter
Insurance - 800 annualy

Dont forget general maint. stuff like lawn and snow removal. If you will being it yourself you will need to invest in the tools.

LIPA - on budget $156/month
Verizon/DSL/Directv - $156/month
Home Owners - $900
Oil - I budget $150 per month and fill up when I need it.
Water $35 every quarter
