How much per hour do you pay a babysitter?
I have no idea..
$8?
$10?
eta: I am talking about for a few hours on the weekend or if DH and I want to go out to eat, not for full time.

I still do some babysitting here and there and for 1 child I charge $12 an hour. HTH

$10/hour. College age student(s).
It's just easier to compute at the end of the night for me. I always round to the next half hour, so if I get home at 11:10 pm, I pay until 11:30 pm.
The two girls I have used were happy with our arrangement.

I pay $10 an hour. I always round up if I am over the hour even by just like 15 mins.

Depends on how many children and their ages.
FOr my 6, 4, and 2 year old, we pay the babysitter (she is 16), $5 per hour per kid, so $15 an hour. However, if my 2 year old is sleeping before we leave, then she gets $12 an hour, that was HER suggestion to us.

I pay my evening sitter $15 an hour.
Most of them were looking in the 10 - 15 range.
If you go on sittercity.com you can probably get some ranges.
