How much water do you drink?
I am not sure if I am drinking the right amount- I drink about 5 poland spring bottles a day.

I drink about 3 poland spring bottles while at work but then I drink a can of ginger ale at lunch & drink decaf ice tea at home....

I don't know how much exactly, but, I do drink a lot!
I alternate with water and then with meals, I drink Seltzer water (sometimes a sprite).
I always have a water bottle on my night table as well.
I've always been like this.

I probably fill my 18oz Klean Kanteen 3-4 times at work and a full glass (probably 16oz) of water overnight (I wake up when I go to pee with my throat very dry ... so it's a vicious cycle!).

I think each bottle has 16oz of water, so that equals two 8 oz glasses. So if you drink 5 bottles, you're having 10 glasses. That sounds pretty good!

exactly...
i've tried those crystal lite packets too to flavor it a bit..i add maybe like a 1/4 packet to a bottle and that seems to help.
but right now i know im not drinking enough.

I try to limit myself to 12-14 glasses day but some times it is more- but i have to be careful not to over hydrate
