How much water do you drink a day?
I don't drink enough and I want to benchmark myself against others.
I just don't enjoy water very much. I used to drink club soda all the time and now even that bores me. I need to start forcing myself to drink more water throughout the day.

Before pregnancy, I bought one of those water containers at Target in their exercise section. It has a mesasurement on it for 20 oz. I fill it up about 2-3 times at work and try to finish at least 2 during the day. At home, my kitchen glasses are the same measure, so I can figure accordingly how much water I have had per day.
On average, I drink between 60-70 ounces.

A lot. I love water to begin with, and I am always thirsty now. I'd have to say easily 10+ 6-8oz glasses a day

I don't drink enough either.
I have a 16oz. bottle at work that I go through twice a day. Then when I'm home I'll drink 2-8oz. glasses.
So that's only 48oz.

Ok - that settles it. I am not drinking enough. I'm on my second 17 oz poland spring bottle. I think I need to do better than that.
I started getting some moderate, AF like cramps last night, and then again this morning. I called my Dr. to be safe, but I want to rule out this water thing before I go getting all paranoid.

A lot. I am always really thirsty. I have a 24 oz reusable bottle and I fill it anywhere from 5-7 times a day.

Def increase your water intake. The uterus is a muscle and will contract when dehydrated, which is probably what you are feeling so definitely drink more. Its good in a way bc your body will tell you when it needs more water.
I am finding it hard to drink so much this pregnancy bc then I'm always in the bathroom and that's hard to do with a 15mth old. So I put slices of lemon, lime and orange in a big pitcher i the fridge and constantly refill my glass.

That's a good idea. I usually toss a lemon wedge into my water bottle before I leave the house. I find that when there is a little flavor added to it, i drink more.

im going by liter cuz thats how big my water bottle is at work, and i ususally finish one, and plus a glass or two at home

Not enough - this week I had a stomach virus too - so I'm really zapped of hydration right now. I try to fill a 32 oz cup a few times a day usually - but I just couldn't do it the last few days. I'm trying to catch up today.

you think you're bad? im lucky if i drink 1 8oz cup a day. im awful, im just never thirsty. and we have a poland spring dispenser at home so its not like i have an excuse lol

Honestly other than a cup of coffee it is really all I drink since I got a BFP....I never drank a lot before but now I def drink a lot, bc it is all I drink lol

I'm right there with you. Pre-pregnancy I used to only drink a large coffee in the morning, a soda with lunch and a glass of something with dinner.
Now I drink at least one bottle of water a day, and I drink a lot of caffeine free soda, some regular soda, chocolate milk and about a glass of juice a day. I can't drink plain water, and I know that I do better with a straw, so I definitely attempt to use one whenever possible. I am always kicking myself for not drinking enough water, but I never have been a big drinker (of anything) to begin with.

Probably more than 100 fl. oz., but it wasn't always that way at all! I used to have trouble drinking even a 20 fl. oz. a day. I just made myself drink more and more water each day, and now I always carry a water bottle with me wherever I go!

I was getting cramps (like the feeling you get when you workout) occasionally. I started drinking more water and they went away. I definitely wouldn't rule out dehydration.

i always drank over a gallon a day easy. But for some reason sometimes the Water gives me heartburn. So i dont drink as much as i used to. But i force myself. I need to drink more.

I always have 64 ounces (at least 4 of my 16 oz bottles) a day. If i don't, I get majorly dehydrated - dizzy, shaking, blacking out, the works. But Im definitely a water girl. DH calls me a fish because I can never have too much water. lol.

I'm with you. I definitely dont drink enough water. I actually hate water. I struggle to get even a glass in. I am always thirsty but I just cant choke down water (never have liked it). I generally drink watered down OJ, decaf iced tea, decaf diet pepsi, or seltzer (still gags me but I like the carbonation). Its a real problem that I cant drink water!
