How often do you eat fast food?

I seem to eat it about 2x a week one way or another. Sometimes I crave it

But I know the salt is sooooo bad for me

Am I the only one setting myself up for disaster

maybe 2 times a week also.. fast food is def my weakness.. i love it!

I don't really. The closest fast food place for me is 20 minutes away.

Our kitchen is under construction so unfortunately we eat it more than I'd like. I'd say once every week/week & a half.

I eat it probably once every 2 weeks at the most.

earlier this pregnancy- at L:EAST 2 times a week. I have gained lots of weight.
now I can't really stomach it.

eta- 3 times if pizza counts.

I love the stuff!! I would say at least 2 times a week for me. Maybe that's why I am as big as a highrise?????

during my first trimester, almost every day. for some reason, it was the only thing I could hold down.

Now, maybe 1-2x a month.

pizza
chinese
cheeseburger in a casual restaurant

In the beginning I was craving fast food all the time and was having it like 2-3 times a week.

Now, I'm trying to be good and cut it down to once a week.

Oh and we get pizza once a week, not sure if that counts as fast food though!

More so now that i'm pregnant then I ever did. I went about 5-6 years without eating fast food even once just because I was having some stomache issues and it was really hurting my tummy. However now with the pregnancy I keep craving it so I've def indulged a few times... i'd say about a dozen times this entire pregnancy so far. LOL and now that I'm talking about it I'm going to have to got some McDonald's.

Maybe 2-3x a year (not counting pizza or chinese).

If counting pizza or chinese, then about once a week.

Thank you for mentioning fast food, I left my homemade lasagna in the fridge here, and just went to pick up mcdonalds...couldn't help myself.

I'm 22 weeks and so far I've only had fast food twice.

Me never! My DD loves Wendy's nuggets, so I will get her them once in a while, not very often.
