Who Would Replace You?

We saw this on Everybody Loves Raymond the other night and thought it was a fun exercise

If you passed away prematurely, who in your life would you pick to replace you and be with your DH

Who would you pick to replace DH if he were to pass away prematurely.

I don't think i know anyone who could replace either one of us.

DO you mean who would i like to see with my DH? Or who is most like me to replace me?

Ok Don and I were talking about this the other day.

I think the question is if you knew you were going to pass away , and you could hypothetically pick someone that you would want to see your DH or DW get together with after you were gone... who would that person be

For instance, can you think of anyone in your life that you think is an incredible person , someone that you'd actually be really be happy in the thought that your DH was going to be with... after you have passed?

No not celebrities, someone who is in your life that you could see your husband with.

Initially I picked Felicia but then I realized that her and Don are complete opposites!!!

Can't think of any
1/2 of my friends are married now and the other half i could NEVER see my DH with.
Same goes for the DH and his friends..
bleh...wouldn't want him replaced with any of them

I honestly don't think either would get remarried to anyone we know already.

It would have to be a new person altogether.

I think if I had kids and passed away, I would hope that DH keeps it in the family and finds love with a cousin or sister. At least then, I will always be talked about and missed, not someones 1st wife who died. I would still have a name.

GOSH ...this is a HARD ONE. I think i would replace (and i am sure DH would agree) DH with my long time childhood friend named John. He would be great to me. BUT it would be like i am married to my friend

No one I know...my friends already drive him crazy half the time and his friends don't like steak sauce so theres goes any hope for us!

When my dad's best friend passed away (6 years ago), my mom had a dream that she passed away too and my dad and his best friend's wife had gotten married.

I would get remarried, but I would feel so bad taking another man's name. I think I would also be worried about which husband I should be buried with.
