how reliable are HPTs? When should I call my OB?

I got a BFN using an digital test using FMU this morning. The spotting is on and off and no AF in sight. I am at a loss right now because AF should have been here Monday.

When if at all should I call my OB? This never happened to me-i have been off BC since September and my cycles have been regular.

I thought Thanksgiving or within a day-now I am not so sure-we didn't use OPKs

I would wait until the weekend. If AF is not fully here by Monday, give your OB a call

I'd wait until you're a week late - take another HPT and then call the doctor if AF hasn't come by then!
