How soon after your FIRST little one, did you SERIOUSLY consider another?
we all love babies, but how soon after your little one did you start to really crave another + think of when the next one should be created?

I'm not going to take the poll since my DS is only 16 months and so far no cravings or thoughts of having another one! I can't even fathom having another right now, even though I know we def want at least one more!!!

ITA...Riley is almost a year old. As much as I want a sibling for her...I can't even imagine having another right now...no idea why!

At four months PP, we were seriously thinking of it. At five months PP, I was pregnant with #2. My DDs are 14 months apart.

About 6 hours after Yael's birth. DH and I were sitting in my recovery room, just staring at her as he cuddled with her, and I declared that we needed to have another.
The ache for another baby continues, and grows more and more every day.

it probably took me close to two years to feel like I wanted another. DS will be 3 next month and I'm starting to feel the urge but I really want to wait a little longer.

a couple of months ago. Jacen will be 2 on the 30th.
For me, Jacen was a tough tough baby. So tough that we needed more time to forget how tough he was. 
He's so much fun right now that it really makes me want to have another.
So we'll see. Maybe in a few months.

DD is 11 months and just this past month, I started to feel like I am ready for another. I discussed with DH and he is on board for TTC this month!

I started entertaining the idea of planning to TTC when DS was 8 months. So...at 9 months I made an appointment with my OB/GYN to see when's a good time to start and it turned out I was already pregnant

about 6 months after 1st DS.
....this time, well, i will let you know if i ever get the desire for more!! ilove babies, and there is a huge part of me that wants another. but i feel like financially, 3 is a lot and I don't want them to miss out on things. we'll see what the future brings

We started TTC when DD was 11 months (tried to make it to a year, couldn't hold out). It didn't end up happening for a while later, but we TTC when DD was 11 months.
Mostly because of age though and the fact that we wanted them close in age.

I think I was still in the recovery room. I couldnt wait to have another. Although my 1st 2 are 3.5 years apart it wasnt because we wanted to wait. Now my 2nd and 3rd are only 18 months apart

I cant answer yet, bc its been almost 3 years and we are not considering it yet. I dont know what the future holds, if more kids at all. So maybe 4, maybe for or more.

Same! Although even though I keep saying I want another...I cant commit to TTC...Not sure why but I think its because I am honestly just so content with my life with just DH and DS that I could stay this way forever!
But I do WANT a sibling for DS. So I hope to be pregnant before DS turns 3

I thought I could be pregnant when my son was 6 months old. I freaked out. I realized I wasn't ready. Once I knew, I just KNEW.

3 years. It took that long for my dh to get over the horrendous newborn stage with my dd. I swear he had ptsd from being home with a screaming baby for so long

When DS was 6 months old we both wanted to TTC, but at the time I was the primary caregiver of my mother with terminal cancer, so it was put on hold. I got pregnant when DS was 18 months old.
