Re: how soon did you drive after c?
My doctor insisted on four weeks.
He said something about the worst case scenario of if I am driving and there's an accident and the airbag goes off -- because I had a cesarean it could rupture my uterus or some shit and I could die like, immediately. I was like alright! I won't drive!
So, I listened to him - I get that it was a reach and a "worst case scenario" but I listened.

how soon did you drive after c?
With my first I think I waited 2 weeks. With my second (this past June), my doc told me that as long as I wasn't taking the pain killers then I could drive. I think I waited a week.

Just wondering, did he also suggest you sit in the back seat? I would imagine the front passenger seat would be a no-no too in this scenario.

I'm assuming if you had passenger side airbags in your vehicle then yeah, it would be the same thing.
