How to get rid of a wasps nest?
How can I get rid of a wasps nest in my attic? Wasps made a comb in some siding vents that i can see through my attic.
Any natural ways I can get rid of it? I hate to spray poison and we cant knock it out b/c we have screening there so they can't come in (hopefully not anyway)?
Any suggestions?

We had paper wasps in TX and the ONLY thing that worked was WD40.. I know you don't want poison but it works beautifully and they won't go back to that spot..

Re: How to get rid of a wasps nest?
Funny, I've been thinking about this myself because I have two. One behind a light fixture, right next to my back door, and one inside my vinyl siding.
The WD40 suggestion led me to looking up oils and I'm reading a lot of "try this" stuff, but not a lot of "this absolutely works!" stuff. I read that dish soap + water in a spray bottle is good, so if oil is also good, I'd probably add my usual go-to oil - Neem oil - and see how that does.
Everyone says do it at night when they're less active and wear multiple layers of clothing to protect you from bites.
Good luck!

If you can find an exterminator to come in and get the queen, the colony should leave. My MIL did this in AZ.
