how to help the cats at south nassau hospital?
there are at least 5-6 adult cats and at least one litter of kittens outside the ryan medical arts building behind south nassau hospital.
i don't know if they're being fed, but some are obviously not fixed if there are kittens. it's a heartbreaking scene because they are beautiful cats. they sleep under the cars in the parking lot which scares me because the car could run over them.
what can be done about this? since it's not my property, i don't know what rights i would have. i personally can't do any cat catching right now since i'm pregnant, but i will call whoever i can if i'm allowed to.

Do you work there or are you a patient?
You could do a TNR, but there is an initial refundable deposit for the use of the traps. I am not sure what you could do as far as placing the traps without talking to whomever is responsible for the property.
Reggie is very well-versed in this area. Maybe contact her for info
