How to tip for Keratin or JHS

How do you tip if you get the Keratin or JHS at a place like Hair Club IB wheere a few different people work on your hair ?

I am never sure of what to do.

15-20% of total

ETA: I let them decide how to distribute it.
I also tip girl who washes, $3 up.

So do you give the tip to the person who did the most work and tell him to split it up or give it to the receptionist at the desk when you pay ?

I am stressing bc I am going tomorrow and always feel like I do it wrong !
