Good luck! 
My mom was sore for a few days, but up and moving around. Take it at your own pace - if you feel okay Thursday, then go to kickboxing and do what you can. If you don't feel well enough for that or you're sore, then hold off until next week.
My thoughts are with you!!

I had one done on my boob and it hurt for a few days. I wouldn't exert yourself that night or the next.
