How would I go about finding this information? (Adult Immunization Question)
I need to know if I have ever received the Meningococcal meningitis vaccine?
How the heck can I find this out??

My PCP has a copy of all my vaccines from when I was an infant (I had one of those booklets for kids). Anything he has done since then gets added to my file. Have you changed docs a lot?

This was not a vaccine we probably would have had as a child. I never had it and the first time I even heard I would maybe need it was when I started law school back on 2004.
Its more common now so unless you received it as an adult you probably didn't get one.

You can have a doctor do a blood test to check your titer level. If you have been vaccinated or exposed to the disease you will have a titer level.
