That's tough because she's completely taking advantage. Why doesn't she get her own car???
I think the car thing would bother me the most. And being messy too.
I would drop hints at first and see if she gets the message. Maybe offer to take her car shopping. Stuff like that.
And when she's messy, I would make sarcastic remarks and hint that you want a clean house. She's a guest in your house and needs to abide by your rules.

What if you just leave her alone and run and do errands and dont invite her. She might get the hint and I would straight out tell her (in a nice way) can she clean up afterself. She is taking advantage and it isnt fair. Also if their is a way for her to take a train somewhere I would say I can drop you off and pick you up at the train station but cant drive you if she askes. Or have your DH do it.
