How would you have handled this party favor situation?
If I knew I didn't have enough I would have said to the parents that the favors were for the younger children, and I didnt realize they were coming so I did not prepare enough. If I knew I had extras I would have just given them, I rather not have extra favors sitting around my house anyway.

If you didn't have enough with you, then no I would not have given them the favors, that were intended for the invited guests.
I had a similar situation at DDs party. The invited child attended with 2 older siblings, the mom AND dad. And they all sat with us at the skating rink. They could have gone to the general area with 1 parent & the 2 older siblings. Luckily they didn't ask for a favor, cause I wouldn't have had enough.

Wow, I can't believe the nerve of people. No, I would not have given the uninvited siblings favors. Maybe I'm rude but I wouldn't feel bad about it. I would explain to the parent that you do not have enough for these other two kids. The invited younger kids deserve their favors. Why should these kids get? It's like the parents rudeness is getting rewarded.
