BIELKA
update:
it's russian in origin and means "squirrel"
it's pronounced Bee-EL-kah
this is actually my mother's name
it's quite common in the dominican republic.
i was having a conversation with a co-worker and she was shocked that that's my mother's name. she made the funniest face and said it was un-pronounceable 
if she would just take a moment to READ it, she'd be able to pronounce it.

Biedka and its pronounced Bee Ed Ka
So i'd apply the same principle to this name and say it's pronounced Bee El Ka

Thanks for clarifying.
Bee-EL-kah sounded the most natural to me, but I speak Spanish so maybe that explains why I got it right.
(As an aside, I have a name that is super short and seemingly obvious to pronounce, but I've had people tell me often that I am PRONOUNCING MY OWN NAME WRONG. I just give them my patented "teacher glare" and move along.)
