I actually could not get Lucas out of the bath tub!

I actually could not get Lucas out of the bath tub!
OK, so I was laughing so hard I was crying last night.
For some reason I started to drain the tub before taking Lucas out after his bath. Once all the water drained out, he became fascinated with the rubber mat on the bottom of the tub. So when I tried to lift him out of the tub, he decided to do the "I'm going to relax my legs and raise my arms over my head so you can't pick me up" thing!
I literally tried to pick him up about 10 times and every time he would turn into a wet noodle and end up sitting on his bottom. SO there I am hysterically laughing and DH comes in to find out what was going on. I told him I can't get Lucas out of the tub so he tried (obviously thinking that I was crazy).... HE couldn't get Lucas out either! 
It ended up taking both of us... me lifting his legs and DH lifting his arms... to get him out. For some reason this was so incredibly funny to me... wish we could have gotten it on video!

We have the opposite problem here - DS is always climbing OUT of the tub DURING his bath

We have the opposite problem here - DS is always climbing OUT of the tub DURING his bath
Unfortunately, I only have the memories and did not get any pics (although I did get pics of the poop he left in the tub the night before!!!)
But we have the same problem as you. He tries to climb out of the tub during the bath... but as soon as I drained the water and he saw the rubber mat on the bottom, he wanted to stay!!!  It really was hysterical!

he's too funny...you should have tried started to fill the tub again. Obviously without drowning him of course.
I can just picture you and chris hoisting him out of the tub
