I am closing on my 1st house friday!
After the over 125+ buyers and sellers I have helped in the last few years- I can't believe I am finally closing on my 1st house
I learned so much from this experience that made me a better realtor
I am doing major work
2 bathrooms
converting a small bedroom to a walk in closet
kitchen
opening the wall from the den to the kitchen
adding wood floors and refinishing what I have
cultured stone to the fireplace
semi in-ground pool and pavers
and that's just this years list
the house has an apartment upstairs that I am living in while I do the down stairs- then next year I will do the upstairs and exterior
I am so excited!!!!!!
