I am full of questions today

This is the last one I promise -- well I think this is the last one!

Sooo - I go back on Monday and get to see the little peanut again. I will be 25 weeks. I am scheduled for a 3D sonogram when I am 30 weeks. Would you push the 3D one back till like 32-33 weeks so that I have a decent time in between pics. I tried to do it at 30weeks thinking that it would be the halfway point between 20 and 40.

AM I JUST LOSING MY MIND NOW?????????

I think 30 weeks is fine. I would not want to wait the extra 3 weeks....I had my 3d one done at 27 weeks and we got some great pics

I had another sono yesterday which was week 33 and day 6. I didn't get any pics because at that point they are large enough that you can't get their whole bodies or whole areas in the entire pic. That's what the tech said to me. Also as they grow, if they are too close to the placenta it's hard to get good 4D pics. If you push it back you might not get good clear pics. My last 4D sono pics are from week 29.

If you want the pics, I'd leave the appt. where it is. If you need another sono after that they'll give you one.

I'm confused, isn't there a medical reason for the sonogram to be when it is? I wouldn't move it just to get pictures.

(which every mom on the parenting board can tell you that you won't care about in the least once the baby is on the outside of your body!)
