I am fuming...

Ok so I called BRU on March 13th to start ordering my furniture. I had only ordered the changing table and the rest I had to wait till the end of the month. So they tell me that they would put my order for the changing table on hold, meaning that they wouldn't deliver it until the rest of the furniture (the dresser and crib were ordered) That was convienent for me because the nursery hadn't been painted yet.

So now that the nursery is painted I decided to call them today to order the rest of the furniture and they tell me that my order for the changing table failed. What!?!?!?!?! how could that happen, they sold it because this item was on hold, well noone informed me of this possibility happening and noone contacted me to let me know. But they sent me me a receipt of the 20% deposit that's supposed to be charged to the credit card. The girl I spoke to said she would go to the back to see if they have any available in the back otherwise I have to wait until april 22nd to order it (because that's when the warehouse will get them in) and then another 2 weeks for it to be delivered. So she told me to call her back in half an hour. I am calling back to speak to a manager, how about that!

I just got off the phone with them. They found the changing table and they are going to put my name on it. So I got to order the rest of the furniture. Uggh! these places should not aggravate a 7 and a half month PG woman...
