Re: I am so confused on what stroller to get!
Inglesina Zippy w/ bassinett feature It's lightweight and you can fold it with one hand. It's not too expensive either (ca. $350 plus another $200 for the bassinett)
Also registered for a Snap N Go and the Maclaren Volo for an umbrella stroller.

Re: I am so confused on what stroller to get!
Actually, the salesperson at BBB was very helpful in helping me narrow my selection to the Zippy but they actually don't have the 2008 collection in yet - but BRU does. My MIL is buying it for us so I'm not registering for it - she'll just pick it up.

Re: I am so confused on what stroller to get!
I registered for the chicco cortina travel system and the snap and go. I knew I wanted a travel system but I like this one because the handle was the most comfortable and adjustable height, the seat layed down flat (for when baby wants to sleep), like the pattern (discovery pattern) Very smooth when I test drove it in the store, carseat got great ratings, easy one handed fold. The metrolite by graco seemed a lot LESS study.
Go to the store and test drive them. I also asked mothers in BRU that I saw using them with their babies.

Re: I am so confused on what stroller to get!
I registered just for the snap & go to use initially.....then im going to wait and see what i really need when the baby outgrows the infant seat. If I had to pick a second stroller now, I would probably pick something lightweight like the metrolite, the zippy or the pliko3

I had the Graco MetroLite with DD#1 and loved it! I tossed out two other strollers before I found this one! Plan on the same this time too!

I too registered for this stroller. It has great ratings and I know other people who have this stroller also.

We got the same 1. We live in Manhattan & take public transportation almost exclusively, so the 1-hand fold & that fact that it folds totally flat were huge selling points. It's also the only one we're getting & it'll go from newborn all the way to 3years old. I'm so excited about the bassinett.

This is what I did, as well as the Maclaren Volo. I would love to also get an all terrain one for when we go walking, but I'm not sure. I don't know if I need anything else. To the OP, I share your confusion, it's so overwhelming!

Chicco Adventure Travel System. Out of everything we tried we liked the handeling, fold down, and look the best!

Re: I am so confused on what stroller to get!
I thought most of the travel systems were too bulky and heavy. I got a Pliko P3 and actually was able to use it like a travel system because it accepts a lot of car seats. My Britax Companion snapped right into it. It's very lightweight, folds up really small, and maneuvers really well. I'm sooo sad to give it up for a double stroller.

I registered for the snap and go and the Pliko P3. The zippy was our second choice.

Re: I am so confused on what stroller to get!
We registered and got the Peg Perego Venezia. I am 6 feet tall and the Peg has a height adjustable handlebar that I love. Also, the backrest reclines all the way down to turn the stroller into a carriage and the hanlde bar flips over to other side so you can see the baby. I love it. We got the patching Peg-Perego Viaggio car seat that attached to the stroller as well.

Re: I am so confused on what stroller to get!
I am most likely gettng a SnapNGo system from a friend...but am going to either register for or buy used a BOB Revolution stoller....I spend a lot of time in parks and woods with the dog so I want something that's easy to maneuver, plus it has an optional carseat adapter for when the baby is an infant. Re: I am so confused on what stroller to get!
We registered for the Chicco KeyFit30 and Cortina Stroller in Adventure (green/gray).
I met with a Chicco rep at the Baby Expo a couple of months ago and he was very good about going over all the features and how easy it was to put into the stroller.
DH and I liked the pattern and the stroller seemed quite comfortable and easy to manuver.
The KeyFit was ranked very high in Consumer Reports (along with the Graco Snugride).
You really have to go to the store and try them out.

Re: I am so confused on what stroller to get!
We are getting the snugride and snap and go for infant and then the Zippy for when she gets older.
We were originally going to get the Chicco travel system, but decided it was too bulky and once DH tried the Zippy with its light weight, one-handed compact fold - there was no turning back. Its the one thing he was excited about registering for.
