I cannot stop crying right now.
I don't know why, but I just miss Ava being a baby. So badly. It hurts my heart I miss it so much.

I went to visit my mother in the hospital last night. She's on the same floor as maternity (different unit lol).
As I was leaving, I passed by the nursery and held back the tears.
It goes too fast.
I came home and told DH and he was like "Awww hun soon".
I think it really got to me because Bryan is 18 Months today and just replayed the whole hospital stay in my head.

Well, I'm not pregnant, and I don't want to be at this point, but I went with my sister to register today because she's due in November and seeing all the little clothes and onesies and what not really started pulling on my heart strings and then I added to it by looking through old Ava pics.

 I know how hard it is... There are times when my urge for another baby is really strong, and I know that we are done... I look baby at Lauren's pictures and can't believe its been more than 2 years!

aww! she is so cute! it is hard i know! but think of how much fun it is to see them grow into a "real" person! my DD is only a year and i get misty looking at those newborn pics even though i was in PP and colic hell!

Oh, I so know how you feel. I can't watch old home movies or look at pictures lately. I even get choked up when I bag their clothes up for Goodwill because they don't fit anymore.

I also know the feeling...my "baby" is now 5'2" and almost 120 lbs.
Time really does fly, and the only consolation I can give you is that each stage is so great, so fun...just think of all the great "girls time" you can have now, and as she gets older.
And give her lots of hugs and kisses

aww, Rachel, I can relate to this every single day over here.
esp because there are some outfits that I wont part with, that im now seeing on my 3rd, that my first wore about 3 summers ago.

when people post things like this it makes me feel like I am so strange b/c I love the older stages so much better and I really don't miss the baby stage... Of course I love looking at her pics when she was a baby but I don't get sad that she's growing up...
My little one is 8 months and I can't wait to see what type of little person she becomes
