I cannot take it anymore.......this DOG barking!
I don't think this should be on the pet board because it is not my pet...This freakin dog barks all day long!!!!!!!! Its worse at night...its a high pitch bark
I think its the house next door...I guess there is nothing I can do because they keep the dog inside

see if the dog has addequite food & shelter.
if not, you can definatly call aspca.
